In addition to your annual support, you may also choose to make
a special gift to a particular area or initiative. These gifts are
usually substantial in size (from $10,000 upwards) and demonstrate
far-sighted commitment to the House.
You may also wish to consider setting up an endowed - or
permanent - scholarship. Gifts can be made in a lump sum or spread
over a period of three to five years.
To discuss a special gift or endowment please contact Tamra
Keating at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What you put in your Will is a private and personal decision. It
can also be an inspiring one.
After you have provided for family and friends, making a bequest
is a significant way to support a cause that is close to your heart
and a reflection of your values.
Making a bequest, large or small, is one way to make the type of
gift that you may not be able to make during your lifetime.
Anyone who makes a bequest to International House automatically
becomes a member of the Heritage
Society at the University of Melbourne. If
you would like more information on making a bequest, or to advise
us that you have included IH in your Will, please email
